The Bleed that Warren Ellis told us about is a little different than what he thought. Actually it's a bit more like the forbidden sector that is in the Green Lantern comics.

Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles looks really good. Really good. I'm always hesitant about movies being turned into television series. Most of the time you get a bad thing. This might be good.

I got the heads up from Chris Staros, one of the heads at Top Shelf, who publish the excellent "The Surrogates."
A big announcement in Top Shelf land: Variety announced today that Bruce Willis has signed on to star in the Disney/Touchstone adaptation of Robert Venditti and Brett Weldele's THE SURROGATES, to start production in February 2008. To read the entire article at Variety.
Jonathan Mostow ("Breakdown," "U-571," "Terminator 3") will direct, based on the screenplay adaptation by Michael Ferris and John Brancato ("Terminator 3," "The Game"). The film will be produced by Mandeville Films' David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman, Brownstone Productions' Max Handelman and Elizabeth Banks, and Top Shelf Productions.
"'The Surrogates' is a mind-bending and brilliantly provocative piece of fiction," says Mostow. "I am thrilled to be involved in bringing it to the big screen."
In addition, Venditti is midway through scripting the second installment in the graphic novel series, titled THE SURROGATES: FLESH AND BONE, with Weldele returning as artist. The new graphic novel is slated for a 2009 release.

I could mention that with an interfaith council in Austin Texas that has had a thanksgiving dinner for close to 25 years now being said no, once a group of Baptist found out there were going to be non-Christians, especially Muslims, to be the main focus of this entry.
It could be, but it won't. Instead we'll look at the Jews offering up their place for the interfaith council's dinner. Two groups that have been at each other's throats for almost sixty years are sharing a meal together. Now that's a wonderful things to read about and those of you who are part of an interfaith council, to witness.

You might not be for the war, you might be for the war. I don't care and I don't judge(that's a lie), but to look at these videos are pretty damn impressive.
There is a link to an IED, I don't know what that stands for, but it misses the target and you get to see it explode the road in such a manner. It's impressive.

These are the top ten off switches that C|Net has told the world that they think are the best off switches.
They failed to mention "sex" for married couples. There is nothing that turns people off faster than the mention of sex to a married couple.
