The name "The DC Challenge" has already been used, right?

Similar to Marvel's Tom Brevoort Challenge from a couple of months ago where fans got to play fantasy Marvel editor, Newsarama is running a DC version:

Your task today is to look over the entire line of DC Comics and tell us which three titles should have new creative teams on, which three new books should be launched with your ideas for what they should be (character most deserving of their own title, new team, event book, etc…), and to make way for them you must cancel three titles, but give your reasons.

You know it's inevitable that someone's just going to suggest that DC go back to doing things the way they did them when the person was a kid. And like clockwork:
1st. Drop Supergirl from The Legion of Superheroes. Its not working for me.

2nd. Give Green Arrow back to Meltzer

3rd. Flash is back to Wally West

4th. JSA and JLA go back to old numbering. The Relaunch was un-neccesary.

5th. Trials of Shazam is cancelled. Reset Captain Marvel's history to old school Cap.

6th. Get Brian Wood onto a Batman Book, as well as keep Paul Dini on Detective Comics.

7th. Alan Moore. Action Comics.

8th. Give Alan Scott and Adam Strange their Eyes back. What the Hell. Really.

EDIT

Blue Beetle and Booster Gold are back. JLI is back!

AND MAKE MOVIES COST A DIME AGAIN, DAMMIT.

(Although, seriously, that new Flash book? Awful. Just awful. It's AWFUL. Awful. AWFUL. Did we mention it's awful?)

I would give everybody capes.

Batman would have two capes.

So, other than 6 and 7 it's basically "put everything back as it was before!" I assume this person had no complaints whatsoever about the DCU a couple of years ago.
