scans_daily blogged Wizard's old "Queer Eye for the Super-Guy" bit from a few years back.
I like the Luke Cage and Captain Boomerang redesigns, but the rest do little for me.That said, I do believe that Aquaman desperately needed a makeover, but not one as extreme as the '90s pirate/barbarian look or the one above. Personally, I'd keep the look the way it is, but change it to gold scale-mail rather than orange tights. Drop the green gloves, add a gold collar and wristbands. Keep the hair short and the green pants as they are. And give him his hand back. His look immediately before OYL came closest to ideal for me.
